Chinedum Ndukwe is a former NFL safety turned real estate entrepreneur and the founder of Kingsley + Co., a Cincinnati-based, minority-owned commercial real estate development firm. Born in Virginia to Nigerian immigrants, Chinedum graduated from the University of Notre Dame with degrees in Business Management and Psychology. He later enhanced his business acumen at Harvard Business School and the Wharton School of Business through the NFL’s Business Management Program. After five seasons in the NFL with the Cincinnati Bengals and Oakland Raiders, Chinedum transitioned into real estate, driven by a passion to revitalize neighborhoods and create lasting community value. As a licensed real estate agent and civic leader, he has served on numerous boards, including Mercy Health, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and the Cincinnati USA Convention and Visitors Bureau. Through Kingsley + Co., Chinedum leads transformative projects that prioritize innovation, sustainability, and long-term impact. From site acquisition to asset management, the firm offers comprehensive services including redevelopment, leasing, design-build, and capital structuring.
